Cookie Information
Last updated: 25 July 2026
This Cookie Information explains how NetPulse Pte. Ltd. (“NetPulse”, “we”, “us” or “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on this website. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.
1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files that a website may store on a user’s device. Similar technologies include local storage, session storage, pixels, tags and other tools that store or read information from a browser or device.
Server logs and requests for external website resources are not necessarily cookies, but they may process technical information such as an IP address, browser type, requested page and timestamp.
2. Technologies used on the NetPulse website
At the date of this notice, the NetPulse custom homepage does not add advertising cookies, behavioural-tracking pixels or a third-party analytics service for public visitors. It also does not use browser local storage to profile visitors.
The website may nevertheless use or involve the following essential or technical functions:
- WordPress session and authentication cookies for authorised administrators or logged-in users;
- security, anti-abuse, load-balancing or hosting technologies required to operate and protect the website;
- technical server logs used for availability, security, troubleshooting and abuse prevention;
- a short-lived anti-abuse mechanism that may process a hashed combination of an IP address and browser information when the contact form is submitted; and
- external font files requested from Google Fonts. When the browser requests these files, Google may receive technical request information such as the user’s IP address, browser details and the page making the request. Google’s handling of that information is governed by its own terms and privacy notice.
The exact cookies used by WordPress, the active theme, hosting platform or security tools may change when those systems are updated or reconfigured.
3. Essential technologies
Essential technologies support functions such as website delivery, security, administrator authentication, form protection and fault diagnosis. They are not used by NetPulse to create advertising profiles. Blocking essential technologies may affect website operation or prevent certain functions from working correctly.
4. Analytics and marketing technologies
At the date of this notice, NetPulse has not enabled Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag or comparable advertising or behavioural-tracking technology on the custom homepage.
If we later introduce optional analytics, advertising, personalisation or similar technologies, we will update this notice and implement an appropriate preference or consent mechanism where required before those optional technologies are used.
5. Third-party websites
Links to third-party websites, including social-media services, do not mean that their cookies are placed by the NetPulse website. If you follow a third-party link, that website may use its own cookies and technologies in accordance with its own policies.
6. Managing cookies
Most browsers allow you to view, block or delete cookies through their privacy or security settings. The steps vary by browser and device. Disabling cookies may affect website features, including administrator login or security functions.
7. Updates to this notice
We may update this Cookie Information when the website, installed plugins, hosting arrangements or applicable requirements change. The revised version will be posted on this website with an updated date.
