Privacy Policy

Last updated: 25 July 2026

NetPulse Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202341306W) (“NetPulse”, “we”, “us” or “our”) respects the privacy of individuals whose personal data we collect, use, disclose or otherwise process. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data in connection with our website, enquiries, business communications and related activities.

This Policy should be read together with our Cookie Information and Website Terms of Use.

1. Scope of this Policy

This Policy applies to personal data handled by NetPulse through this website, email and other business communications. It does not replace any privacy or data-protection provisions contained in a separate contract, service order form, master services agreement, employment arrangement or other written agreement.

2. Personal data we may collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect or receive the following information:

  • information you provide through the website contact form or by email, including your name, company, business email address, country, phone number and enquiry message;
  • information contained in correspondence, proposals, quotations, meeting records or other communications with us;
  • business contact information obtained from your organisation, industry events, business partners, publicly available sources or professional networks;
  • technical information generated when you use the website, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, device information, referring page, pages requested, timestamps, security events and server logs; and
  • other information you voluntarily provide to us.

Please do not submit confidential, sensitive or unnecessary personal information through the website contact form. The current contact form sends your submission to NetPulse by email and may temporarily process technical identifiers to prevent spam or repeated automated submissions.

3. How we collect personal data

We may collect personal data directly from you, from your organisation or representatives, from our business partners and service providers, from publicly available sources, and automatically through website, hosting and security systems.

4. Purposes for which we use personal data

We may collect, use or disclose personal data for reasonable business purposes, including to:

  • respond to enquiries and communicate with you;
  • understand, assess and develop connectivity, telecommunications or digital-infrastructure requirements;
  • prepare proposals, quotations, service arrangements or other business documentation;
  • coordinate with carriers, access providers, infrastructure partners or other suppliers where reasonably necessary to evaluate or fulfil a request;
  • manage customer, supplier, partner and professional relationships;
  • operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot and improve our website, systems and communications;
  • prevent fraud, abuse, spam, security incidents and unauthorised activity;
  • maintain business and compliance records;
  • protect our legal rights, investigate disputes and establish, exercise or defend legal claims; and
  • comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders and requests from competent authorities.

Where required, we will notify you of any additional purpose before collecting, using or disclosing your personal data for that purpose.

5. Consent and withdrawal of consent

Where consent is required, we may rely on consent that you provide expressly or that is deemed to have been provided under applicable law. For example, when you voluntarily provide your contact details and enquiry, you may reasonably expect us to use that information to review and respond to the enquiry.

You may withdraw consent for a particular use or disclosure of your personal data by contacting us. We will explain the likely consequences of the withdrawal and will cease the relevant collection, use or disclosure where required by law, subject to any legal or business grounds that permit or require continued processing.

6. Disclosure of personal data

We may disclose personal data, where reasonably necessary and subject to appropriate safeguards, to:

  • NetPulse personnel who need the information for the purposes described in this Policy;
  • email, cloud, hosting, backup, cybersecurity, website, information-technology and professional service providers acting for or supporting us;

  • professional advisers, auditors, insurers, banks and financial institutions;
  • a prospective purchaser, investor or successor in connection with a corporate transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality arrangements; and
  • government agencies, regulators, courts, law-enforcement bodies or other parties where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

We do not sell personal data to advertisers.

7. Overseas transfers

Some of our service providers, business partners or systems may process or store personal data outside Singapore. Where the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 applies, we will take reasonable steps to ensure that an overseas recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to the protection required under the Act, unless an applicable exception applies.

8. Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as it is reasonably required for the purposes for which it was collected, and for legitimate legal or business purposes.

  • Website and general business enquiries are generally retained for up to three years after the last substantive communication.
  • Routine security and server logs are generally retained for up to 90 days.
  • Information that becomes part of a customer, supplier, partner, contractual, accounting, regulatory, dispute or legal record may be retained for a longer period in accordance with applicable requirements and our records-management needs.

Retention periods are indicative and may be shortened or extended where reasonably necessary. When personal data is no longer required, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise or otherwise dispose of it securely.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. These measures may include access controls, authentication, system updates, backups, monitoring and staff procedures.

No website, email system or method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure. You should therefore take care when sending information electronically and avoid including unnecessary sensitive information.

10. Accuracy

We take reasonable steps to ensure that personal data used for a decision affecting you, or disclosed to another organisation, is accurate and complete where required. Please inform us if your information changes or if you believe that information we hold is inaccurate.

11. Access and correction

Subject to applicable law and any permitted exceptions, you may request access to personal data that NetPulse holds about you, information about how it has been used or disclosed, or correction of an error or omission.

We may need to verify your identity and the scope of your request before responding. Where permitted by law, we may charge a reasonable fee for an access request and will inform you of the fee in advance.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as LinkedIn. Those parties operate independently and their handling of personal data is governed by their own privacy notices. NetPulse is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

14. Children

This website is intended for business and professional users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal data from children through the website.
